Why Functional Medicine + Chiropractic?

Chiropractic care is the science and art of restoring and maintaining health through the gentle, careful manipulation of the body joints and spine, to restore normal nerve function. The Functional Medicine model is an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of dysfunction and promote optimal wellness. By utilizing Functional medicine principles we will discover the most efficient way to heal the symptoms that are presenting and causing loss of ideal health and resilience. Combine that with powerful chiropractic care, a compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive practitioner, and we WILL transform your health. Let’s take this journey together. One step at a time.

A Note from the Physician

“Life is short, optimize your health. ”

Starting from a young age, I was always interested in health and wellness. I lost my mom in a car accident when I was young, and through my journey to find myself and health + wellbeing after her loss, I found the path of natural medicine and chiropractic. I felt rooted in my purpose, and my quest to become a heart centered, caring functional medicine practitioner began. Earning my chiropractic degree was just the beginning of my journey. I quickly learned that the body’s way of communicating through the musculoskeletal and nervous system provides a deeper insight to imbalances that affect quality of life.

I strive to “connect the dots” for each person I have the privilege to serve. I have eagerly dedicated my life and career to learning all about the dynamic elements of health and wellness so that I can help bridge the gap for you. You shouldn’t have to suffer alone.

If you’re ready to go deeper and take your care beyond surface level and symptom management, I am here. I’m ready, let’s take this step together.

Dream it.

Feel like something is missing? Maybe you’re struggling. Maybe you’re tired, overwhelmed, feeling disconnected and on the hamster wheel of life, all while fighting with your body—headaches, bloating, rashes, pain, immune system dysregulation, and weight fluctuations.

You can heal. You deserve more, your body has the innate desire to restore health always. Once the deficiencies and imbalances are restored, resilience and health are normal outcomes.

Build it.

We all become leveraged at different times in our lives to make lifestyle shifts. We have traveled different paths to get to where we are. Despite the symptoms presenting or diagnosis given, restoring health involves rebuilding the gut lining, reducing oxidative stress, re-establishing circadian rhythms, optimizing thyroid function, normalizing hormones, and decreasing cytokines (inflammation).

Nurture it.

Our daily choices are the most powerful influence on our health, even more important than our medications or supplements taken. Food is medicine, thoughts are powerful, and exercise is key. The body is dynamic and adaptive. Caring for our body is key to lifelong balance and resilience.

Let’s work together to empower your healthy journey.
